Anita Kelly has worked in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years and relocated from West London to Dorset in 2005.

Anita qualified in Sports Massage in 2012 and uses her passion and experience in her work. Anita is friendly and energetic. She is a keen runner and triathlete in her spare time. Anita manages her time between teaching spin classes, massaging and running around after her grandchildren!

Anita offers Soft Tissue Release, pre and post event massage, maintenance and prevention of injury, rehab/post exercise stretch programme alongside general remedial massage and relaxation.

Anita uses manual therapy, hot stones and RockBlades in her treatments.
